Advanced Installment Payments for 2026 β Dorchester County
Real Estate Advanced Installment Payments for 2026 Registration for the Advanced Installment Program is December 1 to January 15 of each year. Applications received and approved are for the following tax year. For example, if you apply December 1, 2025, and are approved, your installment payments will begin February 15, 2026, for the 2026 tax year.
